Presentation factor – a successful presentation
Goal
- Improve and consolidate presentation skills
- Learn to formulate the goal of the presentation and prepare for it
- Develop the capabilities for influencing the audience and improve the contact with the audience
- Master modern presentation preparation principles in order to obtain one’s goals
- Lean to control the course of the presentation
- Improve work with the presentation technologies
- Discover the weak points in one’s presentation
- Obtain motivation, conviction of one’s ability, consolidate the obtained knowledge in independent work
Target audience – up to 10 participants in the group
Methods
- Seminar – training with active involvement of the participants, discussions and exchange of experience
- Assertiveness training
- Role playing – video training, situation modeling, playing out situations, analysis, feedback
- Practical exercises. Individual and group work
- The participants retain the seminar materials
- If necessary, after the seminar – feedback and recommendations
- It is possible to split the seminar in 2 parts (one day, then another day after a week). For the second part, the participants prepare and present a presentation of their company.
- In three day seminar, on the third day the participants present a presentation of their company to real clients that evaluate their presentation skills. In this version the seminar may be conducted in the form of a competition

Appearance. Body language. Gestures. Facial expression. Voice. Words
Identifying the audience, "own" and "foreign" audience. Human emotions
Establishing contact with the participants, holding their interest, types of activities
Work with problems, objections, "difficult" participants - Speech structure
Introduction. Specifying goals and agreeing about the rules
