- Master the skills for presenting information of various types (positive and negative) to the employees
- Master presentation skills and understand the factors that may influence the effectiveness of transmitting information

Target audience – up to 12 participants in the group

- Seminar – training with active involvement of the participants, discussions and exchange of experience
- Role playing – situation analysis, feedback. Individual and group work. Test
