Goal

  • Improve the work organization principles for the management
  • Improve management skills and methods. Gain new ideas for further work
  • Understand and master the basic principles of delegation
  • Master the methods of employee evaluation, motivation and the creation of development plans
  • Obtain motivation, become convinced of one’s capabilities, consolidate the obtained knowledge in independent work

Target audience – up to 12 participants in the group

Methods

  • Seminar – training with active involvement of the participants, discussions and exchange of experience
  • Role playing – situation analysis, feedback. Individual and group work. Test
  • The participants retain the seminar materials
  • If necessary, after the seminar – feedback and recommendations

Time – 2 or 3 days (depending on the client’s needs)

  • Goals and motivation

    The declared and hidden (the expected attitude) goals and motives of the client, their discovery
    The goals and results of communication. Employee goals and motivation
    The "Difficult client".
    Attitude towards the clients. Ways of expressing attitude. The conflictual attitude
    The role of individual image. Stereotypes

  • Situation modeling, audio training – communication oriented towards service or work with "difficult" clients.
  • The role, functions and duties of the manager

    Goals, motivation, responsibility
    Management styles and the preconditions for their choice. Manager or Leader

  • Planning, control and measurement of effectiveness of employee activities and results

    Company goals – goals of shops
    Work processes, understanding them
    Planning employee goals and activities. Responsibility for achieving goals
    Individual (specific) work task
    Employee control, criteria and methods for evaluating effectiveness
    Instruction of new employees and their introduction to work

  • Employee motivation

    Types of motivation, their individual effectiveness
    Explaining the work tasks depending on the motivation of the employee

  • Delegating functions and powers

    Principles and conditions : Who? To whom? When? How?
    The individual style of delegation, its effectiveness. Control mechanism
    Strengthening responsibility as a precondition of successful delegation

  • Individual talks, their psychological basis
  • Role playing, situation modeling – communication oriented towards the manager’s work with subordinate employees:

    Internal communication in the shop (manager – employee)
    Strategies for resolving internal conflicts
    Psychological interaction with subordinate employees
